Returns and exchanges

The customer will have a return or exchange period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.

A single change of articles will be allowed if it is a change of size or color in the same reference. Otherwise, you must make the corresponding return and then a new order. The return shipping costs to the customer derived from a change in size or color will be borne by SELMARK in the case of peninsular Spain and Portugal.

HOW TO MANAGE A RETURN/EXCHANGE?

The return or exchange can be managed directly through the paper form that is included in the delivery note that you will find inside the box of your order. In it, you must mark the option you prefer depending on whether you want to manage the shipment of the package on your own with the company you want, at your expense the entire shipping cost; or if you want to do it with MRW, our trusted company, where we will assume part of the shipping cost and for the customer this will always be €3, which will be deducted at the time of reimbursement.

In the event that it is a change in size or color, the customer may indicate the new size or color that he wishes to be sent on this same sheet next to the option he has marked.

If for any reason you prefer, there is also the possibility of managing the return or exchange by accessing your customer account on our website and following the steps below:

  1. Access the "Order History" section.
  2. Click on "Details" to select the order for which you want to return.
  3. Select the product or products that you want to return by checking the check box next to their names.
  4. In case it is more than one product, you must add the amount to be returned. If you wish, you can also leave a comment indicating the reason why you want to return those garments or, in the case of a change in size or color, indicate the new shipment that you want us to send you.
  5. Finally, click on "Request a return".

Once the above instructions have been followed, SELMARK will receive the request and review it. If everything is correct, the customer will receive an email confirming acceptance of the same, in which the return number will also be indicated. Your return request may be denied if the item you wish to return is an adhesive product, since in this case it is not allowed for hygiene reasons.

Once you have your return number, the customer must indicate it on the outside of the package and you will be able to manage the shipment of the same on your own with the company you want, paying the shipping cost. The address to which you should do it is the following:

Once the package has been received at the SELMARK warehouses and it has been verified that the returned products are in perfect condition, the exchange or refund procedure will be carried out for the amounts corresponding to the returned products.

In the event of a return, SELMARK will proceed to refund the amount paid by the customer to the bank account, card or PayPal account used to pay for the order as soon as possible. The return of the products will give rise to a refund in an amount equal to the purchase price of the returned product(s), within 14 days of receipt of the products by SELMARK. The refund will include the possible shipping costs only in the case of returning all the items that make up the order.

WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR ERRORS IN ORDERS?

In the case of defective products or products that do not correspond to the order made by the customer, contact us through the following email address: shop@selmarklingerie.com and we will give you a solution as soon as possible.

In these exceptional cases, we will order the transport company to collect the erroneous products or with some tare, making us responsible for all the associated costs.
