Returns

The customer will have a return or exchange period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

To start the return / exchange process, the customer must follow the following steps within their account:

  1. Access the "Order History" section.
  2. Click on "Details" to select the order for which you want to return.
  3. Select the product or products that you want to return by checking the check box next to their names.
  4. In case it is more than one product, you must add the amount to be returned. If you wish, you can also leave a comment indicating the reason why you want to return those garments or, in the case of a change in size or color, indicate the new shipment that you want us to send you.
  5. Finally, click on "Request a return".

Once the above indications have been followed, SELMARK will receive the application and review it. If everything is correct, the customer will receive an email confirming the acceptance of the same, which will also indicate the return number.

Once you have it, the customer can send the package to SELMARK with the items in their original packaging, and the SELMARK address and the return number that has been provided must be clearly indicated on the outside of the package.

This right of withdrawal can never be exercised if the products sent have been used, or in adhesive products for hygiene reasons. The products must be returned properly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition (without damage, breakage, or dirt) to the address indicated below. Nor can packages be accepted that do not include any element that identifies the sender (order number, surname, name, address).

The shipping costs and risks related to the return or exchange of the product will be borne by the customer.

The customer may make a single change of items if it is a change in size or color. Otherwise, you must make the corresponding return and then a new order.

The return shipping costs to the customer derived from a change in size or color will be borne by the company in the case of mainland Spain and Portugal.

Once the package has been received in SELMARK warehouses and it has been verified that the returned products are in perfect condition, the exchange or refund procedure will be carried out for the amounts corresponding to the returned products.

In the event of a return, SELMARK will refund the amount paid by the customer to the bank account, card or PayPal account that was used to pay for the order as soon as possible. The return of the products will result in a refund equal to the purchase price of the returned product (s), within 14 days of receipt of the products by SELMARK. The refund will include possible shipping costs only in the case of return of all the items that make up the order.

In the case of defective products or that do not correspond to the order made by the customer, the return costs will be borne by SELMARK, which will order its transport agency to collect the defective or wrong product.

The right of withdrawal can also be exercised from the moment the order is placed and until before delivery. In this case, reimbursement is made within 30 days from the exercise of said right.
