Delivery time 24/72 working hours in mainland Spain and mainland Portugal. This period may vary if you have selected bank transfer as the payment method, since your order will not begin to be processed until we are aware that it has been made. It can also be extended from 2 to 5 business days in the case of personalized garments. We also have urgent delivery in mainland Spain with next-day delivery for orders registered before 1:00 p.m. Check shipping costs in our policy.
Regarding returns or exchanges, you have a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, as long as the item is in original condition. The refund will be made in the same way in which you made the purchase. Returns of adhesive items are not allowed for hygiene reasons.
