What is the deadline to make an exchange or return?

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return an item, which is longer than the statutory minimum of 14 calendar days set out in Article 102 of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU). You do not need to give a reason for your decision.

Only one return per order is permitted. If you wish to make an EXCHANGE, you must return the item and place a new order.
