How to shop at Selmark Lingerie

Buying your Selmark underwear is easier than you think. There are two ways to do it, visiting your nearest store, or buying in our online lingerie store in a very simple way:

1. Find your perfect garment

You can search the underwear catalog by product category, (bra, panties, corsets, accessories...), by collection, in our featured section... or in the search engine, by clicking on the magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner of the page. Thanks to it you can do a very exhaustive search and see what models we have available in the size and color you are looking for.

In each garment you can see all the detailed information of each one of them: composition, available colors, detailed photos of the product... And when you have decided, select your size , color, number of units and add it to your basket! 2. Add to cart

When you find the perfect garment (or garments), remember to select your size, preferred color and number of units and click on the Buy button to create your order. You can add the clothes you want while looking at the catalog and choose only the ones you want before confirming the order. To see everything in your basket, click on the basket icon in the upper right corner of the store.

3. Confirm your order

Before confirming your order you can see everything you have added, remove products, change colors... and apply discount coupons if you are already a Selmark user. When you have your basket ready, you only have to open your session (if you have not already done so) by clicking on the user icon or register if you are not a Selmark user yet. And don't worry, you'll be able to continue with your order without losing what you've added to the basket!

4. Where do you want to receive it?

Tell us to which address you want us to send your new garments, your invoice and how you want to pay for them. And you already have your order ready! In addition, you can track the delivery with the tracking number that we will provide you.

Just by registering with Selmark you can enjoy many advantages when placing your orders:

1. Your private profile

Manage all your data, orders and discount options from your private profile, see everything you have purchased, the status of your new orders, etc. To access your private profile, you just have to click on the user icon in the upper right corner of the page. In it you can see all the information that we explain below. When you want to log out, just click on "Log out"

2. Your favorite clothes

Save the clothes that you wear the most or that you like the most in the favorites list of your private profile. You just have to click on the icon to add it to your list and click on it again to make it disappear from it. So you can have the clothes you like the most at hand.

3. Your addresses

In your private profile you can also save all your usual addresses so you don't have to add them to your orders. You just have to click on the option My addresses, fill in the data and save your new address. From that moment you will have it available for all your orders, and you can modify it or choose another one at any time.

4. Control your orders

You can see all the orders that you have made to us through the web to find clothes that you want to buy again, know when you have made them, what discounts you have used, etc. You just have to go to your private profile and click on the Order history option, where you can also see the photo of all the products that we have sent you in it.
