How to manage a change/return?

To arrange your return, you must notify us within 30 days:

• If you have a customer account, go to “Order history and details” and select the order you wish to return.
• If you purchased as a guest, go to “Order tracking” using the link we sent you in your order confirmation email and enter your order number and the email address used to place the order.

In both cases, follow the on-screen instructions to complete your return.

If you are returning your order from mainland Spain, we will arrange collection from your home for €3.90, which will be deducted directly from your refund.

If you are returning your order from any other location, please send the parcel directly to our head office: SELMARK S.L.U., PTL Valladares, Calle C, Nave A11, 36315 Vigo, Pontevedra, Spain.

It is important that you include the return form we sent with your order in the parcel.
