How to manage a change/return?
To make a return or exchange outside of Spain, please contact us at the following email address and we will confirm the details of your return request: shop@selmarklingerie.com
The associated shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. They can send the package back to us using any shipping company they prefer.
Simply follow these steps:
1. Confirm the request by email to shop@selmarklingerie.com
2. Mark the item(s) you wish to return on the order slip and place it inside the package.
3. Indicate the following code on the package: D – (your order number).
4. Send the package to the following address:
